Joe Chimenti is a furniture designer based in Indianapolis, IN, currently studying Furniture Design at Herron School of Art & Design. His work blends mid-century modern design with biophilic elements, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and a deep connection to nature.

Joe’s designs feature clean lines and organic forms that create a sense of comfort, nostalgia, and timelessness. He believes furniture should do more than serve a purpose—it should shape how we live, feel, and connect with our spaces.

In 2024, he exhibited Chair 01 and Table 01 at the 3D Design Invitational at the University of Iowa. Joe plans to move to New York City to continue creating work that fosters personal connection and lasting impact.
